She is a trusted partner who has managed various functions within high growth environments, understanding org buildout, tech resources, operations, et al, having also been a long time firm believer in profitable growth, far before it gained popularity in recent years.

Michelle is an experienced executive that inspires organizations based on relationships and collaboration toward business goals, keeping in mind that we are all humans, creating infrastructure to avoid concentration risk, and space for empathy, while creating and executing on scaling growth business models.

She thrives in fast paced environments and excels in both high level strategy and detail. That means doing everything from developing growth strategies, to managing investor relations, helping to negotiate prospective investor terms, managing diligence, building dynamic financial models, pricing models, cash management strategies, hiring plans, identifying audit resources and managing the process, managing inventory / logistics/ HR/ IT, as well as other operating or fundraising needs. She is always looking for connection opportunities and happy to share her network of resources to leverage efficiency while scaling.

Michelle is 5th generation Californian and lives in San Francisco with her two beautiful daughters.
