Resourcing Fees
Soft Search We post the role and push it out to our community. If someone in our community shows interest in the role and the client decides to hire then:
The client will pay MoralesHR 10% of the employee’s annual base and variable at time of offer.
Traditional Search We partner with clients on the full-cycle recruitment including reviewing applicants, sourcing, and assisting with scoping the role.
The client will pay MoralesHR 20% of the employee’s annual base and variable.
*In all cases the contract/employment relationship is between the company and the individual. MoralesHR is simply the connector. During a consulting gig the consultant doesn’t pay MoralesHR until they are paid.
Consulting Fees
For our services of placing consultants, all clients will owe a $2,000 non-refundable project fee. There are no additional fees to the client.
As the consultant is paid, they will pay MoralesHR 15% of their base contract for up to 1 year.
If the client converts the consultant to an employee within the first 6 months of an engagement, the client will pay MoralesHR 10% of the employee’s base and variable (less the initial project fee).
