Megan is an author, keynote speaker, corporate trainer, content director and executive coach. She helps brands tell stories, ignite purpose, build resilience and elevate wellbeing and performance. Her book, Triumph of the Heart: Forgiveness in an Unforgiving World (Penguin), explores resilience through stories and science.
As founder of ClearLine Consulting, Megan delivers high-impact employee training programs that combine expert storytelling, organizational psychology and evidence-based practices to drive meaningful change. She has partnered with clients such as Visa, Oracle, Boeing, the State of Colorado and Children’s Hospital Colorado to uplevel brand stories, improve wellness and unleash sustainable achievement.
Megan holds a master’s degree in journalism from Columbia University in New York City and a coaching certificate from Insight Coaching Community. After 15 years as a journalist, she spent a decade leading content and training initiatives with marketing and communications agencies. Her mission is to help individuals and organizations build resilience and truly flourish, even in the face of adversity. Megan’s writing on that topic has appeared in publications including Psychology Today, Business Insider, Salon, The Huffington Post, Harper’s BAZAAR, and The San Francisco Chronicle.
