Before venture, she led US programs at German Accelerator and served as Director of Strategic Partnerships at GSVlabs, where she supported hundreds of startups entering the US market. She also founded Dialog to Learn, a nonprofit advancing literacy through technology.

In 2025, Keshia was named a Woman of Influence by the Silicon Valley Business Journal. She holds a Master’s degree from the University of Groningen and is an active speaker and advisor across the startup ecosystem.

“I give founders the same honest read I’d want if I were in their seat: what’s working, what isn’t, and what to do about it.”
