Brooke Effron is a seasoned marketing strategist with over 30 years of experience driving profitable growth and transformative change for both startup and Fortune 500 companies. Her distinctive blend of business and marketing acumen, grounded in customer-centric innovation, has helped reshape brands, solve complex organizational challenges, and expand market reach across industries including consumer packaged goods, healthcare, media, and technology.
Her impact is particularly notable within the food and beverage sector, where she has led high-value initiatives for global brands. Brooke has launched portfolios approaching $500MM for Lipton, identified more than $100MM in production savings for Diageo (NYSE: DEO), and increased category share for Dannon (OTCMKTS: DANOY) by over two percentage points across dairy and plant-based offerings. Known for her deep understanding of consumer behavior and corporate messaging, she consistently strengthens brand relevance, visibility, and performance.
Brooke advises C-suite executives and boards across a wide range of sectors, bringing a strategic lens to growth, transformation, and organizational effectiveness. Her work includes leading a multimillion-dollar municipal revitalization initiative for Tulsa, managing $125MM in merger communications for Teladoc (NYSE: TDOC), and redesigning the organizational structure of a global security firm with more than 5,000 employees. She has also supported private equity-backed technology companies in redefining and expanding their market scope, while helping early-stage, founder-led CPG businesses scale through product innovation, sharper positioning, and operational clarity. Brooke currently serves as a Board Advisor to three Series A food and beverage companies, as well as on the Auxiliary Board of the Mount Sinai Health Systems. Earlier in her career, she held senior marketing and business development roles at Unilever and began at Young & Rubicam in account management. She earned her A.B. (cum laude) from Princeton University and her M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
