At Forge Global, she served as Audit Committee Chair and Compensation Committee Chair during its acquisition by Charles Schwab, which delivered an approximately 170% premium to the company’s pre-announcement trading price. She joined Forge’s board before its IPO and helped oversee its transition to the public markets.
