Kim Vogel is a public company board director, Audit Committee Chair, SEC Audit Committee Financial Expert, active California CPA, and Harvard MBA with deep expertise in banking, financial services, capital markets, and corporate governance. She currently chairs the audit committees of two publicly traded companies. She is known for distilling complex financial and technological matters into strategic insights that help boards and leadership teams drive transformation, strengthen governance, and modernize operations.
At Forge Global, she served as Audit Committee Chair and Compensation Committee Chair during its acquisition by Charles Schwab, which delivered an approximately 170% premium to the company’s pre-announcement trading price. She joined Forge’s board before its IPO and helped oversee its transition to the public markets. She currently serves as Audit Committee Chair of Tri Counties Bank during its announced and pending acquisition by First Hawaiian.
A former CFO, President, and fintech founder, Ms. Vogel helped build one of North America’s largest mobile banking providers.
