Jing Nealis is a seasoned CFO in the Climate Tech space. She is currently the CFO of a publicly traded company SES AI Corporation, a global leader in the development and manufacturing of AI-enhanced high-performance batteries for drones, robotics, energy storage and EVs. Jing joined the company in early 2021, successfully raised Series D and D+, then brought the company public with a $3.1B valuation, and raised over $500M from institutional investors and strategic investors. Jing has extensive experience with two IPOs, a dozen successful M&A transactions and greenfield investments across Europe, Asia, and the U.S. in the Clean Energy and Climate Tech space, Jing has driven P&L growth from pre-revenue to $200M within two years, managed Capex to scale hard tech from lab to large commercial manufacturing.

Jing is an advisor to Daybreak labs, the only Bay Area Tri-Valley incubator focused on life science, climate tech, and hard tech. She is also an advisor to The Battery Saloon, an organization dedicated to accelerating the global energy transition by fostering innovation in the battery value chain. And she serves on the board of 1000 Dreams Fund, a national nonprofit organization that invests in & empowers talented young women.
