After over 20 years leading a dynamic career in executive leadership roles and successfully scaling two hyper growth companies through IPOs (NYSE: YELP, NASDAQ: REAL), I started to be organically sought out for advice and coaching. I have collaborated with hundreds of Founders, Entrepreneurs and Executives as an operator, advisor, investor and now certified coach. I have been there alongside CEOs through the highs and the lows of scaling companies at Seed/Series A/B/C stages all the way through IPOs.

As a coach, advisor, or fractional executive, I partner with leaders in rapidly changing organizations to help unblock challenges and accelerate growth to achieve their goals. I am known to be a trusted partner during pivotal periods of change. With a proven track record and hands-on experience as a seasoned C-Suite growth executive at the table and in the boardroom, I am passionate to support women and diverse Founders and Executives rise-up and bring their vision to life.

My approach focuses on helping leaders drive both personal and business growth. As a trained Energy Leadership Coach, I work directly with C-Suite executives to raise their awareness, shift their mindset, and unlock potential—because when you grow as a leader, your business thrives.

In addition to my advisory work, I’m an advocate for women and diversity in leadership and entrepreneurship. I’m a founding member of Chief, a professional network for executive women, and an Angel Investor with a focus on diverse teams building tech-enabled, human-centric solutions.

A global thinker at heart, I was born in Mumbai, raised in Los Angeles, and have traveled to over 30 countries. Today, San Francisco Bay Area is home for my family and me, where I’m continually exploring ways to deepen my meditation practice, trek new peaks, and perfect my masala chai.
