Theresa Ludvigson is President and founder of Catapult Onboarding. With 15+ years of direct onboarding and employee engagement experience, she is best known for her leadership of Salesforce’s Global Onboarding team.

As Vice President of Global Onboarding and Employee Connection, the programs and processes she built helped scale Salesforce from 7,000 to 80,000 employees. One of Theresa’s most notable achievements was the launch of the “Becoming Salesforce” program, which is fully dedicated to immersing employees in the culture and core values. This program has been instrumental in fostering a strong sense of belonging and alignment with Salesforce’s mission and vision. During her tenure at Salesforce, Theresa also worked closely with the company’s M&A team to welcome and integrate 20+ company acquisitions.

Prior to Catapult, Theresa was the Senior Vice President of People at Qualified. She led their people experience strategy, which included talent acquisition, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, total rewards, HR operations, HR technology and employee relations.
