I’m a multidisciplinary, performance-driven leader who blends the mindset of an executive and an endurance athlete to tackle complex challenges at the intersection of people, operations, and product. Over the past 20+ years, I’ve scaled teams, products, and businesses from zero to billions—whether in revenue, users, or valuation—across both high-growth startups and global giants like Google, Lyft, and General Motors.

My expertise lies at the intersection of people, business operations, and technology. I specialize in connecting vision to execution and turning strategy into scalable systems.

Most recently, I served as Chief People Officer at BrightDrop (a GM subsidiary), where I helped scale the business from concept to commercialization—growing the team from 40 to over 400 in two years. I led HR, Talent, Real Estate, and Workplace Ops, and partnered closely with the CEO, Board, and cross-functional leadership to drive key business decisions, M&A, and hiring strategy. My background spans organizational strategy, people leadership, product operations, compensation and total rewards, and executive communications. I firmly believe that how we build is just as important as what we build.
