At Block, she guided recruiting for emerging businesses and introduced transformative programs like AI recruiting, a talent-sharing initiative, and a flexible recruiting model.

A Bay Area native, Kasi’s entrepreneurial spirit and passion for the tech space have been ingrained since birth.
