Jennifer is Director of HR and Organizational Strategy at Alphabet, an internal advisor to the non-Google companies. With Google/ Alphabet since 2007, she has experienced the company grow from 14,000 to ~200k employees and has had multiple careers in her 17 years. She currently supports the portfolio C-Suites and boards on business strategy, leadership alignment and people and culture, helping her clients build their own point of view tied to their business goals. She advises on risk management and strategic decision making, specifically related to talent and culture. She is at the nexus between total rewards and talent retention in the height of the competitive landscape in tech and AI.
Her breadth spans multiple industries and geographies due to her work with global multi-nationals, Asia Pac and Latin America, start-up portfolios, 8 years in Telecom, and her multi-industry client base while at Ernst & Young.
She is a coach and mentor and believes that women need to lift each other up if we want to succeed. Jennifer is a member of the Athena Alliance and an Advisory Board member of SpeakUp Now. She has most recently joined the international board of directors for Hackers del Talento.
