Jennifer is Director of HR and Organizational Strategy at Alphabet, an internal advisor to the non-Google companies. With Google/ Alphabet since 2007, she has experienced the company grow from 14,000 to ~200k employees and has had multiple careers in her 17 years. She currently supports the portfolio C-Suites and boards on business strategy, leadership alignment and people and culture, helping her clients build their own point of view tied to their business goals.
