Before he became a coach he spent 15 years building products and leading teams at companies like American Express, Etsy, and Splice. Throughout his career he has conceptualized, built and launched products and features to millions of people.
Andrew specializes in working with startups as early as the idea phase – all the way through fundraising, product building, team expansion and scaling up. He is not afraid to roll up his sleeves to work through the toughest of challenges and has coached multiple founders through successful exits.
