Shaluinn Fullove is a multidisciplinary business executive and strategic advisor with deep expertise spanning HR, communications, and product marketing. Over the past 20+ years she has held pivotal leadership roles at Google, Lyft, and General Motors. Her most recent tenure at General Motors, as a member of the GM HR Executive team and as Chief People Officer at BrightDrop (GM subsidiary), demonstrates her ability to solve complex organizational challenges for Fortune 500 companies and start-ups, advise the world’s most prominent CEOs and founders, and inspire teams to achieve extraordinary results.

As an influential collaborator with the business acumen to leverage data, insights, and analytics, Shaluinn excels at shaping organizations with a systems approach that fosters a high-performance culture and enables companies to operate at scale.

On the personal side, she is a coach and life-long competitive athlete. She is a two-time U.S. Olympic Trials Qualifier in the marathon and current member of The Stanford Athletics Board. Shaluinn has a M.S. in Management from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and B.A. in American Studies specializing in public policy from Stanford University.
