Megan is an executive sales strategist and senior level career coach with over 25 years of experience in a variety of roles. As a native Californian, she has partnered and worked with start-ups and Fortune 500 companies across the country and internationally. Her experience in consultative sales, executive leadership and career coaching has earned her a reputation as a trusted advisor and thought partner to her clients. Megan’s collaborative, and inclusive style contributes to inspiring, guiding, and helping clients think about their career and work in a different way. She loves focusing on and helping people reframe and navigate whatever blocks they may have in their careers. Her passion is partnering with anyone along their career journey whether it is youth just starting to launch to senior executives looking to transition and helping clients think through and execute through career dilemmas or crises. Megan received her BA from the University of Denver and an MA in psychology from the University of San Francisco. She lives In Oakland, California, and has successfully launched 2 thriving young adults her son is 21 and her daughter is 24. In her free time, Megan enjoys cooking, pilates, knitting, and volunteering to help get moms back in the workplace.
